The NP/PA assists with patient examinations and treatments, performs various tests, and maintains medical equipment and supplies. Assesses needs of patients, must be able to distinguish between an emergency and non-emergency situation and prioritize accordingly. Maintains a professional and workable relationship with providers. Documents all activities in the medical record neatly and appropriately. There will be some weekend day shifts required. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
