As an advanced practice nurse, the Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner is additionally involved in education, consultation and research at various levels. Leads heart failure quality initiatives demonstrating constant improvement in patient outcomes as measured by CCMN, JCHAO and AHA guidelines. Leads, implements and supports telemetry and intermediate care staff development in the care and treatment of heart failure patients.
